AFTERMATH IN MICHIGAN: Parties' voting-place monitors keep challenging each other

The Election Day showdown in Michigan between Democratic and Republican poll monitors isn't going to end, even though the presidential showdown has.

State Republican officials said Wednesday they plan to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, contending that as many as 300 GOP poll watchers were prevented from effectively monitoring votes at Detroit precincts. The GOP said many poll watchers, or challengers, were harassed and threatened.
